Current Guild Activities

There have been a number of interesting events going on in the world lately.  The leader of the Britannian Royal Guard, Thomas Winters, has started a few battles and mysteries which remain unresolved.  Our own Rakoth was even inducted into the Royal Guard in a recent gathering of the troops, getting a sash to show his membership...

Of Wyrms and Paladins....

The first quest I became aware of involved an evil paladin named Tomas, who lead an army of undead and demon knights to raise trouble near the barricades in the Serpent Spine mountains.  After his minions were defeated by the Royal Guard, it was revealed that Tomas was a former trainer to Thomas, but had fallen under a curse twenty years ago.  He had been leading a convoy that was attacked by a pair of wyrms. Tomas killed one of the wyrms, named Nyrex, but was then pierced through the heart by another wyrm, named Krax.  Krax was bitter because she was Nyrex's lover, and placed a curse on Tomas that he would wander as a wraith forever.  It is possible to cure Tomas however, using the heart of Krax.  The Royal Guard is awaiting information from Tomas as to the whereabouts of the wyrm.

Hardly seems a worthwhile task - I think we should just kill Tomas and be done with the whole thing.  Seems like he deserves what he got for killing Nyrex.  - Tir

There was also another wyrm spotted at the lowest level of the dungeon Destard, Khan the Old.  He was not aggressive, but was not communicative either.  He simply flew around, ignoring everyone and everything around him.  Perhaps a bit blind, deaf, or senile.  Veil, Hennesy, and TirNaNo'g were alerted about his existence by an ostard named "a rabbit".

Above is the last known sketch of Khan the Old, as he disappeared shortly after this night.  Hennesy is bravely striding forward to attempt to speak to Khan, while I am sneaking up behind him.. - Tir
